Right now here are many science fictions, horrors and weird shows on television, but as it is said old is gold, no supernatural show can compete with the Charmed. Today’s weird shows start from a normal human life and then get weird and then become extremely hi -tech and hit the future, like time travel, and lose their origin but the old shows had this quality in them that they never left their base and story evolved around that basic point until the end.

Me and my friend Mary are huge fans of supernatural kinda shows, and Charmed was our favorite series when it was on air. When we watch the present typo shows we miss the Charmed a lot. In fact since a long time I didn’t find any good show on witches except some comedies like Bewitched. I think this is the reason why Charmed still has a safe place in our memory, and we still remember it. Me and Mary usually visit here to watch the episodes of Charmed. We both like the same things about the show. We both liked its first and pilot episode a lot.

The reason behind liking it the most is special effects being used in the episode. In fact the whole series was full of wonderful special effects. You know what I liked the most? Inflame candles with fingers. In fact this episode was funny as well. As all the three sisters come to know about the Book of Shadows, but still don’t understand the thing. Later on mistakenly create a mess with their uncontrollable powers unintentionally. Jeremy’s character was more interesting, even more than the three witches, who could guess that Piper’s boyfriend will be with her to snatch away her powers which she herself is unaware of. But he knows that she is a good witch. I liked his role more because he has more interesting and fine powers than Witches in that episode. I miss the three gorgeous witches, and such a wonderful show. We used to wait for every new episode

Then came that lucky day when my friend Chris told me about this site. He said that here I can find many shows which are now off the screen with each and every episode and along with the other related updates. So I am here today. You know it was difficult to choose the one from the list, but I managed at last and selected Charmed. This is one of my favorite fictions. But I must say in comparison to other fictional shows I’ll rank it at number one. The reason is if the storyline is running in old times then it goes on the same track and doesn’t change suddenly in another season by transforming it into the hi-tech Sci-Fi’s. Charmed remained as a one track show and a time line story till its end.

Today I watched it finale episode, where the show comes to an end. It was quite a happy ending in fact the right ending. The whole episode is about the book of shadows as the girls carry on viewing their past as well as the future till the end. Now in future Phoebe and Coop marry finally and have three kids in the future as viewed in the book of shadows.

I wonder in the previous episodes, it was shown that Phoebe and Coop can’t fall in love because a cupid like Coop can’t love it’s forbidden. Then how come the story writers made him to marry in the end.

Well its fiction and anything can happen. After all they had to weave something to end the thing happily and to end the show with no cliffhangers, Thank God.

The powers of Charmed the television show. It hooked you in and made you want to watch the next episode with its great characters and intriguing story line. I believe I have finally been able to see all the episodes either when they were original aired, in reruns, which are played thought the week in syndication, or on their DVDs. The one problem I had with the show was how Prue left. There wasn’t enough closure for me. The transition from the last episode that she was on to the first episode of the season with her funeral just didn’t do it for me. Before her contract was up they should of produced and big battle between Prue and Demon that took her life. Although other then the way that was handled I have been a big fan of the show.

Now with all the reality TV shows, home improvement shows, and few comedy shows left I have to say I truly miss being able to see a new Charmed each week. The anticipation of what kind of Demon they were going to have to battle next. What kind of fashion statements would they be making. And what color hair / hair style would they be sporting alway brought you back for more. Although I have to say at least we have reruns to watch. Maybe they need to come up with a Charmed reunion show with the powerful sisters still fighting evil but with the help of their children.
